In a recent incident in Southall, an unidentified woman between the ages of 25 and 40 has been left in critical condition following a road traffic collision. The incident, which occurred at the junction of Healum Avenue and Merrick Road, was reported to the authorities on Thursday, 9 May at 00:12 hrs.
According to reports, the vehicle involved in the collision fled the scene, leaving the victim severely injured. The victim, described as Asian, was immediately transported to the hospital, where she currently remains in critical condition.
Detective Superintendent Rebecca Reeves has issued an urgent appeal to the public for assistance in identifying the woman. "We urgently need to find out the identity of this woman," said Detective Reeves. "If you witnessed the collision or know anything about the circumstances in which she suffered her injuries, please contact us by calling 101."
The victim was wearing light-colored bottoms, a light-colored top, and sandals at the time of the collision. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward and assist in the investigation.
