Aged 18-25? Fancy an all-expenses paid trip to North Wales?
The Rotary Club of Elthorne Hillingdon are looking for a young person, aged 18- 25, to take part in the Rotary Youth Leadership Award scheme 17-24 July.
The scheme provides participants with the opportunity to build communication, problem-solving and leadership skills, all whilst having fun and making friends.
Based in the Snowdonia National Park, participants will spend two day taking part in team building activities followed by two days learning new skills: rock climbing, abseiling, slate mine exploration, orienteering. To conclude the experience, these skills will be applied in a 30-hour group exercise in locations around the Snowdonia National Park, including a night under the stars.
Upon return home, participants will deliver a short presentation on their experiences to the Rotary Club of Elthorne Hillingdon and receive a certificate.
