After nearly two years in charge, Ciprian Pintilie has resigned as Hillingdon Borough FC's Director of Football.
Pintilie had been the Director of Football at Hillingdon Borough FC since February 2019.
The announcement was first made by Pintilie via Twitter this afternoon. This was subsequently quote tweeted by the Hillingdon Borough FC account who thanked him for the work he had done and clarified that his resignation would take place with immediate effect.
Commenting on the announcement, former player Charlie Cahill said:
"All the best Cipri! Really enjoyed playing for you last season, great coach and a great person"
Pintilie will be making a longer statement in the coming days.
